Senior Managing Partner
Margaret Fraser
Margaret leads the firm's family law and litigation groups, acting for clients through separation, parenting and property matters for more than 25 years.

About Margaret
Margaret has practised family law in New South Wales since 1998. She acts in parenting and property matters, including disputes involving complex asset pools, family businesses and trusts, and matters where family violence is a factor. She appears regularly in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Her starting point in every matter is the same: understand what a workable life after separation looks like for the client and their children, then choose the least damaging path to it. Most of her matters resolve through negotiation or mediation; where court is unavoidable, clients have a litigator who has spent her career in these lists.
As Senior Managing Partner, Margaret also chairs the firm's professional standards committee and supervises the family law team's accredited training program.
