About David
David has advised privately held businesses for over two decades — on commercial agreements, restructures, acquisitions and exits, and on the shareholder and partnership arrangements that stop disputes before they start.
His estate planning practice grew directly out of that work: for business owners, a will that ignores the company is a plan that fails. David integrates wills, trusts, enduring powers of attorney and business succession into a single structure, working alongside the client's accountant and financial adviser.
As Managing Partner, David is responsible for the firm's strategy and its client service standards — including the 24-hour response commitment every client receives.
