Senior Associate
Alexandra Chen
Alexandra acts on residential and commercial property matters across New South Wales — purchases, sales, leasing and development — with a practice built on catching problems before contracts are signed.

About Alexandra
Alexandra's practice covers the full life of a property transaction: contract review and exchange, conveyancing, off-the-plan purchases, commercial and retail leasing, and strata and development matters. She acts for first-home buyers, investors, and developers alike.
Much of her work is preventative. A sunset clause read carefully, a special condition negotiated before exchange, a lease incentive documented properly — these are the quiet interventions that save clients from expensive disputes years later.
Alexandra also supports the firm's building and construction group on property aspects of development projects, and presents the firm's regular first-home-buyer information sessions.
How Alexandra works with clients
